How to get the gift card?

  • Write us a brief email at bokrosova@hotelbiograf.com, regarding what services the gift voucher should include.
  • When you no longer have any additional questions, we will send you an invoice to cover the pre-arranged voucher (to issue an invoice, you must send your residential address, which will be indicated on the invoice).
  • Immediately after payment of the voucher price by bank transfer, we will send you the voucher in PDF format by e-mail according to your preferences.
  • After agreement, you can pick up the voucher at the front desk of our hotel.

How to redeem the voucher?

  • To reserve services on the gift voucher, the recipient contacts the Biograf**** hotel reception directly, either by phone +420 737 268 970  or by email  recepce@hotelbiograf.com . We would like to point out that the voucher number must be provided when booking, while the guest will be asked to present the gift voucher upon arrival at the hotel.
  • The reception will verify whether the hotel has free rooms of the requested category on the requested date and then confirm the date bindingly or agree on another date with the voucher holder.
  • If the guest has any questions or requests regarding the future stay at our hotel, the reception is available 24/7.
